Direct Booker is a technology-driven company providing solutions for vacation rental owners.

There are two types of vacation rental owners: those who want a trusted agency to manage their property, and those who want to work on their own, using necessary digital tools. We cover both of them.

With headquarters in Dubrovnik, operated by 45 employees, and with 22 franchise offices in Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Peru, we are managing over 7000 vacation rental units, which hosted more than 1 million guests so far.

On the other hand, we rent our technology to the “no need for agency” owners as a product, a smart application called Booker Tools – a digital solution for all self-managed properties.Direct Booker is a trusted partner of global industry giants. Booking.com included us in their TOP 11 highlighted list of property managers around the world. In 2018., AirBnb named our software Booker Tools a preferred partner among 15 in the world and only in Southeast Europe. In 2019, RentalsUnited.com listed Direct Booker in Top 20 property management agencies in the world.

How to file a complaint

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Act on Provision of Tourism Services and Article 10, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, we inform service users that a written complaint to the quality of contracted services can be submitted:

Acknowledgment of receipt of the complaint will be sent to you without delay in writing. The response to the complaint will be provided in writing no later than 15 days after the receipt of the complaint.
