I am an administrator in three companies in Albania: Albpastrimi – cleaning services & property management, Albsolution – cleaning products and materials, and Albacademy, which operates as a training licensed entity regarding Housekeeping, procedures, and regulations for different partners and clients.

The whole process of acquiring the franchise can be divided into several phases: the first was a meeting and a long skype chat where I got to know the company and its goals. Phase two was the meeting in Croatia where we got to know each other. The third phase was training in Croatia. The fourth phase will be practical training in our offices in Albania.
